For the most part, we'll be communicating via email. This will help keep a track record of to-dos and requests. It keeps things organized! For the times we schedule calls, or when something might be urgent, please provide the best number to reach you at.

I only ask so that I know what to expect and can respect your work/life boundaries. While we're at it, my standard response time is 24 hours during week days. I am a stay-at-home-working mom, and do my very best at accommodating both my family and clients throughout the week; however, I am consistently available from 9am - 4pm on Wednesdays and Fridays.
This is a safe space to vent your fears or concerns! If you've never worked with a designer, or have had a bad experience in the past, let me know so we can address anything that comes up along the way.
Life is unpredictable - sickness, unexpected life events, etc - and projects can be delayed. We can't predict it all, but let me know if you have an absolute deadline or some time frame you'd like to meet and we'll do our best to stay on track.
