Encompass

Encompass is a collective of representatives from different sectors (health, law enforcement, local government, social work, and civic organizations, etc.) from the communities of Northborough and Southborough who are working together to address substance misuse. The goal is to take advantage of everyone’s strengths, resources, and experience to prevent and reduce substance misuse in both communities with evidence-based strategies, outreach, education, programming, and access to resources. The compass icon emphasizes the journey of prevention and recovery, and is a subtle nod to the directional aspects of both communities. The symbol also appears to be woven which gives credence to different parts of the community coming together to address the issue of substance misuse, and that the solution may be integrated. The symbol makes use of a youthful and energizing color palette.
