Faucher Direct Care is a primary care provider serving adults 18 years old and older with an emphasis and specialty in geriatric care. Faucher Direct Care provides patients with accessible and responsive care through a direct primary care model, which replaces the traditional system of third party insurance coverage for primary care services. Dr. Jarrod Faucher is passionate about his role as a practicing physician, but also as a guide—helping patients through complex medical issues and treatment, and empowering them to navigate their medical needs. The visual identity is a modern take on a shield with 3 shapes overlapping each other to create an “F”. The overlapping shapes come together and appear to be transparent symbolizing the straight-forward approach of the direct care model. The surrounding shield is an iconic medical symbol and communicates protection and safety. The website is informative and easy to navigate.
